Recensione "MacRieve" di Kresley Cole

Cari lettori, rieccomi.

In this pulse-pounding Immortals After Dark tale, #1 New York Times bestselling author Kresley Cole delves into the darkest mysteries and deepest passions of Clan MacRieve…

A BEAST IN TORMENT
Uilleam MacRieve believed he’d laid to rest the ghosts of his boyhood. But when a brutal torture revives those ancient agonies and destroys his Lykae instinct, the proud Scot craves the oblivion of death. Until he finds her—a young human so full of spirit and courage that she pulls him back from the brink.

A BEAUTY IN CHAINS
Seized for the auction block, Chloe Todd is forced to enter a terrifying new world of monsters and lore as a bound slave. When offered up to creatures of the dark, she fears she won’t last the night. Until she’s claimed by him—a wicked immortal with heartbreaking eyes, whose touch sets her blood on fire.

A FULL MOON ON THE RISE
With enemies circling, MacRieve spirits Chloe away to the isolated Highland keep of his youth. But once he takes her to his bed, his sensual mate becomes something more than human, evoking his savage past and testing his sanity. On the cusp of the full moon, can he conquer his worst nightmare to save Chloe…from himself?
Mini review:
Will è Will, indescrivibile. Chloe però ti coglie di sorpresa, she is a tomboy and mi è piaciuta very much, not too girly at all and è capace di farsi rispettare. Okay.
At that moment, two younger guys entered the kitchen.
“This is Rónan and Benneit,” MacRieve said. “They live here. Lads, this is Chloe.”
Ben was even taller than MacRieve, duck-under-the-doorway tall. He was also handsome, with thick black hair that hung over one eye. His face heated as he gave her a wave, and she realized he was really shy.
The younger one, a cute rangy blond, had no such problem. “So what’re we having for breakfast, sweetling?”
She hated it when people assumed she could cook just because she had a vagina. “Whatever your happy ass makes—for yourself.”
E, come sempre,Regin e Nix mi hanno fatto sbellicare dalle risate...
The sounds of the bairns’ tiff grew louder, the rocking more pronounced.
Nïx told Will, “Lovely. Demonling horns just punctured the roof of our rental vehicle. Hold, please.” Then to the children, she said, “I told you Bertil would bite if you pull his legs. Now, cut out that caterwauling or Auntie Nïxie will eviscerate you.”
Will thought he heard the witch Mariketa saying brightly, “Ha-ha. Auntie Nïxie meant to say ‘no ice cream.’ ” Then Mariketa snorted. “You might have overcommitted on younglings, Regin.”
The Valkyrie Regin answered, “Dude. Don’t you judge me. And where’s the fucking fire extinguisher?”
